Once we have received your order, we proceed the project with the working process as follow.
1. STL File Entry
Please place an order by 11am for the same day dispatch service.
2. Milling
We will mill the restoration using our state of the milling machines and Metal, Zirconia, PMMA, Bio HPP, Composite, etc, achieving high fidelity.
3. QC Check
Final quality control checking by experienced senior dental technicians.
4. Packing & Shipping
Packing your job carefully with an order slip, then shipping to you with a trackable express courier service.
2. Scan + Design + Milling Service Workflow | 48hr Dispatch.
Once we have received your order, we proceed the project with the working process as follow.
1. Sending your stone model
Send us your stone model from single unit to full arch with an order form before 5pm. If it is over 6 unit, please send it with denture set up or wax-up.
2. Model Scan
Send the working model by using ARUM 3D scanner and ARUM Scanbody. This stage is very important in order to get the best results.
3. Designing
Design the dental restoration digitally with CAD software by dental technicians.
4. Sending you design files
After designing, we will send design files of your job for confirmation the next day before 10am.
5. Design Confirmation
Confirm our design approval email before milling stage. Please accept it or notify us anything further by 11am. If not, dispatch date will be delayed.
6. Milling
Once it is confirmed, we will mill the restoration using our state of the milling machines and Metal, Zirconia, PMMA, Bio HPP, Composite, etc, achieving high fidelity.
7. QC Check
Final quality control checking by experienced senior dental technicians.
8. Packing & Shipping
